APARTMENTS ARE VERY NICE BUT ITS VERY HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH MAINTENANCE OR OFFICE. THE APARTMENT WE STAYED AT WAS INFESTED WITH MICE. AND TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH MAINTENANCE AFTER THEY PUT A TRAP BUT THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK.

Better washers and dryers. A dryer that dries and more that one washer and one dryer for our building would be appropriate. I was told our building is smaller so you only get one of each.
Two failed attempts to repair bathtub faucet unsatisfactory. Both hot and cold side are worn out. I have learned to leave it dripping all the time because the threads are stripped and tightening them down means you run the chance of having to get your own tools out in the morning to turn the water on.
