large playground area for kids
I think the parking could be better. A lot of times when I work late I have to park at other buildings. It would be nice to have a rec room or exercise room with even a couple of treadmills. overall it has been a good experience
After an unfortunate quarrel with the office staff regarding what was truly a very important
issue, mine, Nora's and Melani's relationships with the staff have been as supportive, cordial, compatible, and collegial as it it was prior to the incident. I feel very fortunate to have my mother and sister in a community as safe, supportive, and friendly as Summit Pointe. They also feel fortunate to be here. They feel safe, supported, and in love with their home!
Our only concern continues to be the difficult and unsafe entrance and exit from the complex onto Route 6. I know it it not something Summit Pointe can rectify alone: That it takes Dickson City's willingness to correct the problem. I ask only that they are made aware and reminded on a regular basis, of the community's concern. Thank you, Michael O'Steen
Not sure about the possibility, but it would be great to have a coffee shop or a snack bar within the community.
I know there was a lot of snowfalls this winter, even then the snow clearance could have been a little better and organized.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
