Founded in 1851, Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is one of the oldest Jesuit institutions of higher learning in the U.S. The school’s location in Philly’s Wynnefield neighborhood has attracted many young scholars to student living at Saint Joseph’s, with its small, suburban atmosphere and easy access to the downtown area.
