Nice quiet clean I would love to live here

The quality of the apartments is sub-par, they were renovated as cheaply as possible it seems and may look nice to the untrained eye; but new does not always equal nice. The manager here is also not my favorite person. More importantly the neighbors are awful, the parking situation is very irritable and the locals really don't take too kindly to the residents here for some reason.

The apts.are nice.but the rent is too high for me,so I must move.i currently pay $835.00 per month a company from New York came in and bought the building and now my rent will be raised to $1,000 which I think is too high. I'm looking for a place with less expensive rent
