The place is drafty, a lot of things don't work, and it takes forever to get a work order done. There's poison ivy all along the back, and parking is extremely cramped. Laundry facilities are skimpy, the bathroom is tiny, and there are mice.
Outside property is very unkept. Looks nothing like ad picture. Apartments are cheaply thrown together for quick move ins. Outdated. Rent is way higher than what place is worth. Overall it isn't too bad though. Free heat.
Don't ever live here. We have lived here for a year now and our bath tub has been broken since we moved in and they still haven't fixed it. Our window is broken and they refuse to fix it. They say they don't have money. We have a major ant and mice problem that are coming up from the basement since we have so many cracks in our floor and we are very clean people. Our step has been crumbling to the ground for months and many people have gotten injured from it and they won't fix it. The railing is rotted and busted and they won't fix it. We had a ground hog living in our step that kept jumping out at everyone and they did nothing about it. The washers are constantly breaking down and not getting fixed. And we went almost 2 months without heat this winter because it took them that long to fix the heating to our apartment. Other than location there is nothing good about living here. Its a pathetic excuse for an apartment complex. They are way overpriced for what u live in and have to put up with.
From what I could see on the tour the apartments are falling apart. The shared hallway between residents smell like something died in there and they want $845+ a month to live there. It's not worth that much, in my opinion.
I was scheduled to look at this location at 1PM on 02/19 but when I got there they closed at 11AM no one reached out to me to reschedule
