Don't ever live here. We have lived here for a year now and our bath tub has been broken since we moved in and they still haven't fixed it. Our window is broken and they refuse to fix it. They say they don't have money. We have a major ant and mice problem that are coming up from the basement since we have so many cracks in our floor and we are very clean people. Our step has been crumbling to the ground for months and many people have gotten injured from it and they won't fix it. The railing is rotted and busted and they won't fix it. We had a ground hog living in our step that kept jumping out at everyone and they did nothing about it. The washers are constantly breaking down and not getting fixed. And we went almost 2 months without heat this winter because it took them that long to fix the heating to our apartment. Other than location there is nothing good about living here. Its a pathetic excuse for an apartment complex. They are way overpriced for what u live in and have to put up with.
From what I could see on the tour the apartments are falling apart. The shared hallway between residents smell like something died in there and they want $845+ a month to live there. It's not worth that much, in my opinion.
I was scheduled to look at this location at 1PM on 02/19 but when I got there they closed at 11AM no one reached out to me to reschedule
Day 2 with no heat no space heater given broken thermostat and it is 27 degrees outside
I would say these are overpriced, run down dumps, the apartments are run down, maintenance is very slow to fix anything, there are bed bugs all over the place, theft, there are alcoholics who stay up all hours of the night, drug addicts,no closet space, and you can,t take a bath because bath tubs are so rotted out you can only shower, if there is hot water, I doubt,t if they do background checks because of some of the residents here, last yr. I man stood outside his apartment and torched himself with kerosene, I thank god I am it of there and a two bedroom apt. With water is 885. per month. these are slum Lord owned, the owner went to prison for 3 yr. for diverting the gas lines to try not to pay the bill.He got caught the managers constantly tell us he will not put any money into renovating this complex, but he lives in a three million dollar mansion, apt complex #5 has so mangled bugs the c l earners will not go in, the projects are much nicer, they will let anybody in as long as there money holds up, since the time I was there till I left we had 6 different managers, none of them stay because there are a lot of empty units because a lot of people move out, everyone says it's a rat trap.!!!!!!,!
