I have tried to get into these apartments for months always says it has availability when lizzio called she asked me a few questions. And I answered all of them throughly. I proceeded to tell her I have a service dog. With papers and the official documentation. She began to tell me there are no animals only cats allowed. Ask what breed I have. I told her & she tried to tell me what can a 3lb dog do for me? And that is none of her business thats a part of HIPPA! She was really rude with asking me questions to the point I feel she was discriminating me and made me so upset that I began to have an episode. After the phone call I had to take my medication to calm me down. And this taken place when I was 8 months pregnant looking to get into a bigger apartment. Wouldnt recommend this place heard more than one issues with complaints about lizzio and her behavior

If I can give a 0 I would, my experience overall was horrible. Didnt even stay two months. Thank God !! Not even being in the apartment a week I had mice running around. Maintenance guy was really nice and did what he can do. I had to go out and purchase stuff myself. I do have two children and I had all new furniture. Bathtub water wont go down. The first day into being in the place AC to the living room wasnt working. Smell like weed! Property manager will send out the blast text message that had nothing to do with me, instead of communicating with the correct people to the correct side of the building. It was just a mess. I lasted two months Thank God !! I paid my rent in full the last month even tho I stayed a week in half. Left the apartment better than it was giving to me. But they kept my deposit and pro-rated me Julys rent. Property manager even went to court with out notice to me. It was just horrible! Oh property manager speak very condescending, horrible person to speak too! I she even charge me for a slat for a vertical blind that was already broken that she noted her self and the just partially placed when I moved. Its was horrible! I wont recommend to anyone !!!

Mice, drugs, loud noises, apartments smell. Not worth the money

She was very rude to me, she was quick to hang up the phone when I told her I had a service dog not ESA but service by the state and law you cannot ask someone what the animal provides for an disabled adult. Thats apart of HIPPA. She actually caused me to have episode where I had to take my meds because of the way she spoke to me. And as well I have proper certificates and documentation stating my service animal to verify.
