Quakertown West has a very friendly office staff. If I ever have a problem, maitenance is quick to respond. The pool is excellent and it a very friendly atmosphere.

This place is horrible. Maintence is terrible, they dont know what they are doing and take months for a simple repair. Buildings are filthy, laundry room has broken machines that have been like that for years. Dont live here

The dumpsters are always overflowing, the doggie cleanup stations are always overflowing onto the ground, the laundry room is dirty, the washers and dryers are always broken, stay away from this insanity.
