At Parc, we are redefining suburban luxury apartment living. We care about the things that matter to you: hassle-free living, proximity to work, schools and shopping, and a home that offers the finest amenities. Parc blends the best of convenience and upscale living into a suburban retreat in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This new luxury apartment community by Toll Brothers Apartment Living offers 1 to 2 bedroom apartment residences, plus dens. Parc features 7 buildings centered around an 11,000 sf clubhouse and extensive resort-style amenities. With excellent access to I-476 and I-276, commuting from Plymouth Meeting to Philadelphia and surrounding areas is more convenient.
My husband and I come to Pennsylvania every election cycle and stay for a 6-month period. In both 2016 and 2018, we stayed at Parc Plymouth Meeting. Both experiences were exceptional. Just before leaving for PA, in 2016, I fractured my ankle in 3 places, of course requiring me to be on crutches (15 weeks). We were able to reside in Bldg 7000 which provides for residents with disabilities. The building modifications fit my needs perfectly. The facilities at Parc are exceptional. The grounds are well kept. The apartments are well appointed. Best of all, is the staff. Jenna is amazing, so professional and personable. We felt "at home" at Parc and expect to return in 2020!
We have lived here since the very beginning and could not be happier. Beautiful apartments, excellently maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Extraordinary location.
This apartment complex is luxury in name only. The staff (mainly the front desk girl and the manager) are rude, unhelpful, and dismissive of resident concerns. There is one cart per building that goes missing for hours to days at a time, making carrying in groceries very difficult. The walls and floors are very thin, and every step of your neighbors can be heard. Depending on your building, you will frequently hear the rumble strips from the 476, 276 interchange. Smog occurs rarely when accidents occur on the Turnpike and when the winds blow the smoke from the near by trash incinerator power plant making the air oppressive. The gym is over crowded and the business center is often filled with teens watching loud videos and making phone calls. On the plus side, it is close to the turnpike and 476 onramps. Overall, I recommend against living here, as better options are available nearby.
We have been living here since the beginning. We have loved it from the start. Beautifully appointed apartments, great staff, exceptional maintenance, and extraordinary facilities.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!
THE OFFICE MANAGER MICHELLE IS THE WORST!!!! SHE IS RUDE AND THEY DO NOT HELP WITH ANYONE OR ANY ISSUES!
The apartments are very cheap... they look nice but all appliances are cheap and break easy!
The parking is terrible! There are 2 guest spaces per building usually filled with residents! And they make you pay for parking for your second car!
this place has a great location
Let me know when this property is back on the market
