I have lived here for a few years. It’s quiet and the people are friendly. It’s in a really convenient location right on McKnight and it’s not so bad driving to work downtown everyday. (There is also a bus stop right across the road) I feel safe here- the apartment complex is on a dead end road. Usually, the only people back here are the people that live here. Parking isn’t terrible, but I do park at the first building where it is ample. Other apartments have their own spots but for me that just isn’t necessary. The rent isn’t too expensive for the area and they just changed it so you can pay online (super convenient!). Our kitchen is pretty tiny and if there are two people standing in it - it can get pretty crowded. Some apartments have larger kitchens so I would ask. There isn’t much storage space- there’s a square locker thing in the laundry room that just holds two storage bins and little else. Overall it’s not bad for the area and we have had a good experience so far!
