Resort style living".....what a joke. 3 of 4 washers have been broken for over a month. They painted over our bathtub to make it look nice for a week and then begins chipping away a week later clogging the drain constantly. The sidewalks and stairs get quick patched which lasts a week until crumbling and becoming super sketchy. The pet option is nice in building B, but was denied rescuing a dog that was going to be close to 35 pounds. Most other dogs in the building are huge and leave dinosaur sized turds that cake around my crocs while I try walking through the bowel movement minefield of a potty area in the pitch black. This is so far from "resort style living" its hilarious. I will be slipping out of this agonising noose of a one year lease as soon as possible.

As a current Resident, the events such as the Pizza and Christmas Parties are simply wonderful. Let's not forget the gift baskets that are outstanding, with a drawing every month.

Hats off to Jenna for doing such a great job.

I had to fill out a form, having to state my name and preferences. She didnt read the paper until I was down the street and called me back to see how far I was from Waldorf apartments. To see another apartment that fit my needs. I was disappointed, and a day wasted looking for my new home.

Well, what you see is not what you will get. First they have two maintenance guys for four buildings. How do I expect them to do a perfect job. When we moved in. One left and they replace him. Secondly do not try to stay on the last floor. Our roof keeps leaking all the time. And the would not come ontime to fix it cos they have to be in others apartment too. Thirdly stink bugs everywhere in the house. Check where a/c is there were a lot. Fourthly do not stay in the basement, found mouse several times I was going to the laundry. And lastly the laundry machine are the worst so far in my life. They were old two were broken when I moved in And still old the next year. If you don't mind all these complains of mine, then you can go in. And one more to go, the office girls, oh they are all rude.
