      I am compelled to write this review about my experience living at The Dock's Apartments, and it pains me to give them a one-star rating. My family and I have been residents here for quite some time, but recent events have left us deeply disappointed and concerned for our well-being. My son suffers from asthma and a severe histoplasmosis allergy, specifically to bird droppings. We've been notifying the management office about this issue since June of this year, yet, shockingly, the bird droppings on his bedroom window have not been cleaned for over a year. This negligence not only worsens his health condition but also creates an unsanitary living environment. To make matters worse, our son's pediatrician recommended replacing the bedroom carpet with hard flooring due to a dust mite allergy he developed. Despite our requests, the management office has consistently refused to make this crucial change for our son's health. It's disheartening that the management has shown such disregard for our family's well-being and safety. We followed all required protocols for reporting these concerns promptly, but our pleas seem to have fallen on deaf ears. I implore anyone considering living here to think twice. The lack of action on the management's part has left us with no option but to consider leaving this place we once called home. Our family deserves better, and so do you.

      Great views with a semi private feel. Staff is friendly and the grounds look really nice in summer. I like to walk at night with my wife and feel very safe doing so (plus its pretty big.) I would recommend this to a friend.

      It is a nice place to live but the rent is incredibly expensive for what you get and the location isn't the greatest, particularly considering the terrible commute in to town every morning on route 28.

      Honestly for the money I'm disappointed in the upkeep and maintenance of the property and amenities. 1. The gym is adequate at best with limited machines and some free weights. It's also rarely cleaned. 2. You aren't allowed grills on apartment balconies which is 100% understandable, but they only property grill is locked behind the gate for the pool which allows for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. Great survey, no more characters to write. I guess you really care.

      I had a friend who used to live here and she really enjoyed living here. As I did my research on-line about The Docks, I really liked the pictures and amenities The Docks offered. When my parents and I toured a model apartment with one of the leasing agents, it was an instant sell. My father was very impressed.
