Really bad on noise isolation: you can hear every single word your neighbor speaking on the phone, talking with his girlfriend, the music your neighbor listening to. The wall is paper thin and not functional in any degree for voice isolation. Every single step of your upstairs made is like a elephants moving. Talked to the staff couple times, they said you should expect noise share in apartment, otherwise you should rent a house, or out of the lease and move out. Really bad service and housing quality. If you want to spend about 2000 usd pre month, this one is not luxury to live, choose another one.
Loved it and quiet, friendly, atmosphere was perfect. Not selling house now, but would definitely look at 2 bedroom all on one floor as an option for wheelchair accessibility apt.
