    I was really confused by my touring experience. I had an appointment but when I arrived I was told we were waiting for another couple to show up. Maybe they were short staffed but nothing was said about it and they did not offer for us to have separate tours. There were some weird comments made about a resident during the tour. The available unit that we toured wasnt in great condition. It just was not a good experience at all and really turned me away from considering this as my future home.

    I am a current resident who moved in a couple weeks ago. I was informed they are under new management and that the previous management was a joke. ALL of my request and concerns have been hahandled IMMEDIATELY. Everything is clean and in working condition. The pool is well kept along with the surrounding "hang out" area. All of my neighbors are extremely friendly! The walls are very thick so they can not hear my daughters temper tantrums (an extremely huge relief!) I am very happy to be living in a beautiful apartment for a reasonable price! -Current Resident 9/13/2018

    DO NOT MOVE IN! -Dirty -Poor Management -Horrible Upper Management (Nexus) -They give you filthy bug infested apartments. (if you like spiders and weird crawly things go for it) -Parking lot poorly maintained when it snows -Maintenance requests aren't handled -Gym is dirty -laundry room always has broken machines -The insulation is horrible -electric bill shoots up from having the heater on all day and I can only imagine what summer has in store... -Floors uneven -cold draft comes rushing from front door, fireplace, by the walls, windows, everywhere. -poorly lit. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place! Not worth it being a little cheaper. I would rather live somewhere else.

    Unsafe. I drove by here this morning at 10am to stop by the leasing office since I am relocating to Pitt from NYC for work. A young couple who live here pulled into their parking spot in their grey pontiac and yelled at me "jagoff" then stared me down and threatened me in the parking lot. I have no idea who they are or why they harassed me but those are the folks that seem to live at Terrain, FYI. A safety concern for sure.
