ROACH INFESTED 2019 TO NOW 2024. Cops around constantly. Cant even feel safe to take a walk in my own neighborhood. And this place SMELLS ALL THE time. Presumably due to the rouches. It does not matter how clean you keep your place. I have known people who lived here a decade ago, and said this has always been a problem thats never going away theres been three different management companies who have taken over this place and not improved the problem at all. Then they have the audacity to raise rent in a disgusting, smelly, roach, infested place. And further the audacity to charge for rent for every single person who lives in the same unit. Its absolutely ridiculous. At that rate if you were looking for a place for multiple adults, you can get an actually decent fairly upscale place in a nicer area for the same amount or less because they dont charge full rent for every adult. As I am looking for new places and have a cold, at least a dozen landlords NONE of them dont allow you to split rent.

Please do not be fooled by the name change! This is formerly Whitehall Place Apartments. These complexes are disgusting and roach infested! Please research and look at past reviews! This problem has been reported to the Health Department numerous times and they dont fix the issue. You find roaches in your kitchen, coming behind your stove, under your refrigerator, in your bathroom etc. Please do not waste your money or your time especially if you have children!!!! I would give it 0 stars!

This leasing company is awful!! The honey pot you in with one price on the websites and then when you get to the leasing office they quote you a higher price by at least $100+ more. Dont believe the prices youre seeing!!!!! One of their studios cost $670 a month plus all utilities!

Cant ever soon to fix their hot water problem, had no hot water for almost 2 months starting in December. Even know of a coup log residence who have bad mold problems in their bathroom and kitchen.
