Excellent location, clean, but the monthly rent for the remodeled 1-br apartments, for those of us not on public assistance, is too expensive. Otherwise, I would've given an overall rating of excellent .
Excellent maintenance staff. Any non-emergency problems are usually taken care of within 24 hours.
I enjoy living at Crane Village. I feel not only safe but am very happy with all the management staff and know if there is an issue it gets resolved in a timely manner!
I chose it because Crane Vallage apartments are too far away from us station as well as market.
Decent size apartments with okay repair service. Front office can be a little unorganized. Grounds keeping staff does good job in warm weather. Snow is cleared quickly. Park and ride is about 10 mins away on green tree road, busses to downtown are frequent. Traffic on crane ave can be horrible at times. Not a place to live for a while, maybe a year if you need a quick place to stay.
