Brentmoor at Penn Center

I moved from this building in June. it was a very bad experience. I was discriminated against by the management, who knows, they are obviously racists because for no reason the manager told me that they would not renew my lease, Poul. I was threatened to make me pay for this dishwasher because the cheap and poor quality dishwasher they used was constantly on fire. If you want to be stressed, move on. everything is old in the house. Bugs were popping up all over my house. it is not possible if you want to walk somewhere and the house is already off the beaten track. The rent is terribly high for this house. There are more affordable houses in much nicer neighborhoods. I've already done the whole explanation on google. I never recommend.

I really enjoy living at the Brentmoor. Its clean and I am loving the fact the pool is open 9 am until 9 pm with no lifeguard needed. I love to swim! I love the view from the top floor its beautiful. The gym is great and I love the fact I can have a dog and the bus stop is right outside the bldg! The commons room is nice with cable tv and free wifi. The laundry rooms are on each floor, how convenient!

I lived her for 9 years and I over the past two years it has totally gone downhill. I couldn't wait to get out. The elevators even though they are new take forever and when someone is moving out, you wait for a long time. The management is rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever, going into the office I always felt like I was bothering them. It is awful, not to mention the water issues. It is always being shut off for fixes. The pool is never opened. There is NO parking. If you arrive home after 8 and don't rent a garage, you will have to park up in guest parking which is up the hill. I would look elsewhere as this is not the place you think you it is.

First impression is everything with looking for a place to live. My impression of this, though beautiful, it's very unprofessional. I scheduled a tour viewing at noon. I've show up a few minutes early. It's been over an HOUR and I'm still waiting. I took time off of work to view an apartment and now, my day is waisted! I have called ever number that they have provided and not a single person is available. Based on lack of basic professionalism, no I do NOT recommend this place.

An indifferent management staff and the condition of the building and its amenities relative to the high rent.
