Nice quiet apartment. Love being secluded and surrounded by woods. Fits my needs and accepts my cat.
I needed a place of my own after separating from my husband and moving back to Pittsburgh from NC, it wasn't the greatest when I read the reviews and moved in, but it was mine, me starting all over again. I've complained shortly after moving in about the fire alarm constantly going off, then about the front entrance, how old, dirty and smelly it was. The pictures that up on the Website is totally a lie, this place looks nothing like that. I had to call for them to paint and fix up the lobby a bit, and call the electric company to to replace bulbs on the outside, in the lots and coming down into the property, I now have these little gnats called (Phorid Flies) that are a nuisance and all over my apartment from the top of my stovetop and counters, bathroom, I have to sometimes stay shut in my bedroom, sprays do not work. I've called so many times about this issue, for them to get to the root of the problem, but my knocks go unanswered, they came out about 2mo ago put some treatment down, now its August and they are back, because they won't get to the root of the problem, I've even reached out to the Management company, corporate and still nothing, make you not want to pay your rent. The older people hear are worse than the young ones, sit out front smoking and loud talking, trash thrown about, it's a mess and an embarrassment to invite someone over.
I need a place that allows pets. I have a cat
It's very dirty!! You should find dog faeces in the hallways, smells like animals, ceilings leaking (also inside the 3rd flooor apartments), mildew smell (in hallways), mildew growing around windows inside the apartments, washing machines are a poor ability, and maintenance enters without permission.
I live here currently and it is OK. I love my apartment. I have a complaint the maintenance sucks. They have painted the lobby, which has really improved the appearance. Once you get in the elevator which is filthy, I had to personally clean gum off the floor of the elevator. The only time they vacuum the halls is when you call them. the fitness room is dirty the toilet is filthy, the floor hasn't been vacuumed in a year. the banquet room has not been used since I have been here. But, other than that I love my apartment.
