      About This Property

      This large, second floor apartment has tons of exposed brick, in unit washer & dryer, high efficiency HVAC system with central air, and private access to a deck on the back and a covered balcony in the front. The custom kitchen has 42" high cabinets, top tier granite counters, a sink that looks out into the living room, and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave, high BTU gas stove, and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Each of the three bedrooms is large with a walk in closet and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has two sinks and a full size tub. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom and a shower with glass doors. There's a stairwell that leads directly to the basement for extra storage. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. Tenant pays gas and electric. Newly renovated duplex on the border of East Liberty and Highland Park that has been completely gutted to the facade. All plumbing, wiring, insulation, windows, doors, and even the roofing has been replaced. . There are garages in the back with separate electric meters and EV chargers that might be available for extra rent. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
