What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Pittsburgh

I like my very friendly neighbors and proximity to a large park. I also like that it is quiet. It also is not too far from a neighborhood that has a lot of great restaurants.

I don't usually visit restaurants in our area. There are a lot of pizza and asian cuisine (almost too much) so eating outside our area is preferred.

Authentic international businesses not found in other areas. Mostly bars, lacks sit down restaurants, redds good news, the bakery

The neighborhood is comprised of many older and architecturally interesting buildings. There are a few nice restaurants such as a French inspired bistro call Park Bruges which is within walking distance.

We have several nice restaurants.A Chinese.a Benihana and an upscale Italian restaurant.they have an active Catholic Church in community

1. Friendly neighbors. 2.Playgrounds very close. 3. Schools are very close, with in walking distance of our street. 4. Business area within walking distance. 5.Restaurants and bars in walking distance. 6. Two grocery stores within walking distance. 7. Movie theater within walking distance. 8. A variety of shops within walking distance. 9.A large family swimming pool nearby, free to residents. 10. Organized athletic programs for both boys and girls.
