Management and Maintenance a Joke.Go Through Management Like Doggie Dew Dew Bags.Oh wait,They Dont Use Them Either.20 something year old manager never available.Towed enough cars to start their own dealership.

Not a lot of positive things I can say regarding riverworks. The parking lot is awful, I have seen quite a few vehicles towed for no reason. The walls are razor thin so its easy to hear loud noises from residents after hours. Non residents seem to trash the place every weekend. Most importantly this place is so overpriced for what it is.

Living here is a nightmare. Toll Brothers/Riverworks. The grass had not been cut, bushes r not trimmed mulch is all over walk ways. The elevators, main entrance, hallways, stairways, package center are always dirty. The garbage room always smells and is filthy the smell goes through the whole 1st floor. Main hallways are rarely cleaned or vacuumed u can smell pet urine. Cars have been damaged, personal items stolen, dog park is used by non residents. Maintenance have a bully mentality and ignore issues. Management is inexperienced and never resolve issues. The only area that has security cameras is the management office this is the only area that is maintained. There is no security at all anyone can enter the community at any time. The walls r paper thin. The appliances are cheap and wear easy. Some apartments have better washers/dryers. The ac unit door is not insulated bugs get in and ur cool air goes out. 1 bedrooms are over $1700. Do not be fooled and get stuck in a lease. Items are not maintained according to lease agreements u can dispute. Maintenance personal can enter your apartment at anytime. There are no cameras for the residents safety.
