    Eland Downe is a beautiful community to live and very convenient to many stores, parks and restrurants. It is a very quiet community. The amenities of having a gym, pool and playground are wonderful and used very often. The townhomes are spacious and the renovated ones are very beautiful. The maintenance team do a terrific job with coming out and doing so fairly quickly.

    I love Eland Downe. Andy and the team are extremely helpful and the Maintenance team and Ashley are wonderful and always there to help with anything you would need, even being locked out after hours. I love calling Eland Downe home.

    I really enjoy living here at Eland Downe, the grounds are well kept year round..Neighbors are friendly, it is like a small community.

    This place is safe, affordable, and clean. The maintenance crew and the management team are amazing- theyre personable, responsive, and very efficient. Any issue is addressed immediately- Ive honestly put in a request for something, like my garbage disposal not working, and theyre knocking on the door 10 minutes later. Definitely the best rental experience Ive ever had. :)
