I lived in the Windsor Apartments for a little over a year. Only reason I left was because I moved out of Philly due to COVID-19. The staff are very pleasant and attentive across the board (front desk, engineering, etc). They organize happy hours in the lobby on thursdays and are often the first folks I see in the mornings, always saying good morning. I was especially impressed with the leasing manager (Caitlin). Very practical and thoughtful. She helped me move in by doing video conferences to show me the apartment before I went to Philly and endured MANY questions from me in a very pleasant manner. The grounds are kept in very good shape. They now have a rooftop swimming pool as well. Im also a big fan of the location. I worked in Center city so could walk to work everyday. I also had 2 small kids and walked to the Franklin Institute all the time. Close to subways and Rittenhouse. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of moving to Philly. #2018

As a long time resident of Apartments At The Windsor, I have reaffirmed several times that this is the best place to live in Center City Philadelphia. It's prime location is top notch, and when you consider its value for the money, and leasing manager/office staff's attention to everyone, it really is the best value in the whole city. I've done comparisons between small apartments or studios in various neighborhoods around the Arts Museum, City Line, Fairmount, etc. Even as rentals are a couple hundred dollars fewer than at the Windsor, when you add up the other expenses in those places (utilities, amenities, transportation -especially if you work in Center City), the potential savings evaporate because the Windsor rent includes utilities; and if you work in Center City there's no need to utilize regional rail or drive. Here at the Windsor you have a very responsive leasing manager, engineers team, office staff, etc.

This was by far the worst, and most expensive, apartment I have ever had. Living here was horrible, the hotel guests are obnoxious and the staff only care about catering to the hotel guests. I highly recommend saving your money and getting a cheaper apartment not in a high rise, because using the elevator here was unbearable. The high rise life style may look glamorous but it is anything but. The sound from construction was constant the entire time I lived here, it was unbearable. If you think it would be nice to have amenities such as the pool and gym, be aware that hotel guests will be taking up the entire pool deck and letting their small children run through the gym. On the weekends you wont even want to leave you apartment, the lobby is absolute chaos. It looks like a chuck e cheese birthday party venue, its absolutely absurd the amount of people who have birthday parties here in hotel rooms. This place is trash, and the staff do not care about the people in the apartments at all. The first day I moved in when I was trying to get my keys the head of security came up to me talking to me like I shouldn't be there. I told him I was waiting for my keys and he stood by me as if I was trespassing in the hotel, totally obnoxious. A few months later when I was in the elevator the same security guy got in the guest elevator and says to me "are you lost".... The staff are so unprofessional they have gone under new management three times while I lived there. I moved into a third floor walk up in a row home half the price of this place and I am 10x happier. I was miserable here. It was the worst year of my life spending so much money on something that I hate. I thought it would be nice to have amenities, staff, and security. It was the opposite of what I was expecting, just get a simple apartment and you will be much happier.

I liked it but wanted W&D in my unit and a less expensive place to park.
