My Roommate and I have been living in the Tower Place Apartment since July 2019 and till now we have had an amazing experience! All the staff members, right from the front desk to maintenance to the leasing office is courteous, helpful, punctual, and friendly. The apartment building has a host of amazing facilities and features like the Lounge Area on the top floor overlooking the Beautiful Philly Skyline. There is a pool table in the lounge area where you can hang out with friends. In the basement area, we have a nice Gym which has all the necessary pieces of equipment and also a Yoga studio. The best part about the basement area is the Movie Room, with all its reclining chairs, where you can enjoy a movie night with your friends! The apartment itself is nice, spacious and overlooks the Philadelphia Skyline. Both I and my roommate are in love with the apartment and whenever we have guests over we make it a point to show them the building! We would highly recommend this amazing living experience to one and all!

The leasing office is so great with dealing with people. The security is so great. They have one of the best PH, its in the 18 floor it has printers, computers, and entertainment games like pool.

If ANYTHING ever goes wrong in your apartment, even if it is not your fault, be prepared to receive NO help whatsoever. My apartment had a leak last Thursday and Friday while I was away for the holidays and I was NEVER notified of this by management. The leak was "an accident" according to the building staff and I found out through my roommate's girlfriend who happened to stop by to pick something up from his room the following Tuesday. I then spent Tuesday to Friday trying to get in contact with them via 15+ phone calls, multiple messages, and emails, but received no response other than false promises that someone will call me with more information. I repeatedly expressed concern that I was moving back on Saturday and that I needed a place to stay that night, but nobody seemed to care at all. When I showed up on Saturday with all of my things, I was told that they did not have a room for me and suggested I live in my room, which had shards of wood, pieces of metal, and nails all over the place. It looked like a construction site since they ripped out all of the floor boards and pieces of the ceiling. Not to mention all my belongings had been thrown on my bed, including my TV, dresser, night stand, etc. When I asked for help to at least clean the apartment, they refused. Do NOT live here.
