This new building is amazing! I just visited while walking by as I am casually looking to upgrade my living situation. I must say, they did a fabulous job, the building is gorgeous and the units are really well done. Theres a pool and an amazing roof top! I work nearby and this would certainly be a perfect upgrade. The team that was working was professional and courteous. Its not cheap but fair because its brand new, luxurious and the location cannot be beat! I filled out an application and just waiting to hear back from them. I checked out a few other places, not really this caliber, but I might have to step up my game and move here. Lets see what they say, you must check it out when in the area. Its truly spectacular!

The joke at old city... Whole place is a joke. The amenities they have are embarrassing. Feels like living in a motel 6. Management couldnt care less. No one cares here. Save your money. Its barely old city. Not worth the prices they charge. And 2 elevators for 400 people... you do the math. Oh and 1 is always reserved.

I've lived here almost two months. I've endured about 7 fire alarms, including one at 3:30am that went off for an hour. First I had no hot water; then hot water that was only intermittent or took 5 minutes to get hot. It took two weeks for them to figure out the problem. There are no hot water heaters in units so good luck if something goes wrong. Due to the way the building was built, if one unit has plumbing issues, multiple units have to be entered to try to figure out the problem. The plumbers say they've never seen such a poorly built building. The cable people say the same. Leaks are a constant problem here. Some apartments have no cable hookups in the living room (oops - they forgot that when they built the place). Grass isn't cut until it reaches forest stage. Several doors are broken. Cracks in the hallways and ceilings. Constant construction. Elevator shudders. Now they are going into occupied apartments, cutting holes in the ceiling, interrupting people's work days, because the building hasn't even passed inspection yet. They have no sympathy for causing these interruptions. I'm hoping things improve but it hasn't been a great start. Apartments are nice enough but all the other problems make it impossible to see that. Definitely not luxury.

Me and my girlfriend were close to signing a lease. We've contacted the leasing office 10+ time via email and phone over a 2 week span. We haven't heard anything from the leasing office. On top of that they push back our move in date to the 25th when it was originally the 15th. This place seems like a scam.
