My experience at the Sterling has been very positive. The staff is very nice and helpful. They are very responsive and communicate very well with residents. Maintenance calls are handled professionally and efficiently so we are never waiting for too long for the minor needs we have had during the year at the Sterling. Even through the construction, we have been well taken care of by everyone in the community. I would certainly recommend this experience for someone looking for a nice high rise to live in in the center of Philadelphia.

I had to make an emergency move and The Sterling Apartments could not have been more accommodating. From the apartment tour I was given to move in day, I felt welcomed and comforted by friendly faces and helpful staff. The prices are very fare for such a beautiful apartment with an amazing location and amenities. I'm so glad I chose The Sterling Apartments as my new home.

As I've said before, we're very happy with The Sterling. It's a wonderful building and extremely well maintained. We've enjoyed living here. It's a wonderful location, close to shopping and the train station when we need to take the train to Narberth where our daughter's family lives.
