Literally the worst apartment I've had living in Philly the past 6 years. Things constantly break and are outdated. The "fixes" are done as cheaply as possible and never last. Highly recommend saving yourself the trouble and just looking elsewhere for housing.

Centrally located between 3 schools like, its become a favorite amongst students. It's older but the kids help liven it up.
