Where should I start? Its been a nightmare since I moved in on February 2023. The apartment looks so nice in their ads, however, its all scams. There are two elevators in the building, however, one of them has been out of order since I moved in, and another one breaks down all the time, I cant remember how many times I have to walk 6 floors up and down since I moved in. Theres a gym in the basement, but theres no window, no working AC (the temperature in the gym is always almost 90 degrees high), who can feel comfortable working out in such condition? Most of the time, there is no mechanic on-site as them claimed, every little issue takes at least over a week to fix. What makes it worse is there is no water in my unit since yesterday. This is definitely a terrible building and I cant live here with all of false advertising and these issues happening. However, the management is asking two months rent to break the lease, I cant believe they have the gut to ask for the money. Do yourself a favor, do not move here, there are tons of issues in this building and the management couldnt be careless, they dont live here anyways.

The absolute worst management. Do not live her. Water issues, filthy premises, zero communication with residents.

This building is very well situated. Walking distance to dining, septa train, shops. Facilities went beyond expected. Mail locker, laundry locker, gym, smart main lock and and a very well decorated lobby. My work experience in Philadelphia was excellent and my stayed at the Roosevelt apartments definitely was my best choice!
