You can hear your neighbor snoring, laughing, walking, talking, coughing literally hear everything. The reviews about the noise is not an exaggeration.Management is aware the walls are super thin and does nothing to fix it. Theres also sometimes dead roaches in the hallway and in the entry way. Glad i got out of there. The outside is clean seems like they cared more about outer appearance. They also gave free parking.

Yes it's beautiful Eva picked it then it must was beautiful to me I do a lot of looking in a lot of search and see a lot of places I'm looking for the right one for me

Ive lived in lots of apartment buildings and am fine with some noise transfer but Ive never experienced it this bad. I would wake up to neighbors alarms, hear every conversation word for word, if the people above/next to you dont feel like sleeping, trust me you wont either. We couldnt even watch a movie if our neighbors TV was on because the sounds would compete. Lots of college kids too so lots of parties regardless of quiet hours. Couldnt even work from home because neighbors conversations could be heard via Skype meetings. It got so bad we decided to end our lease. Unfortunate because everything else about the place is so great but if youre on the fence thinking well every apartment is noisy, this level pretty much ruined the experience.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation and step your neighbors take. Its not a peaceful apartment at all with this issue. My sleep is constantly ruined. Its a shame because the space its self is beautiful. Management knows about the issue and does not do anything about it.

We have had such an Amazing experience with Chimney Hill's Leasing agent. She has been very responsive and has accommodated us in every way! We cannot wait to live at these beautiful Lofts in August.
