Very unhelpful management company. Front desk security advertised when there was rarely someone there. Secret charges added to our rent when management companies changed. Unable to get our security deposit months after moving out. Very very terrible.

Approaching a year at Left Bank. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT ANY HOPE OF SPEAKING TO A HUMAN WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. You can call and call - no one ever answers the phone except a hired service that knows nothing and can do nothing. They will not call you back. Dryer is broke? If you ever hear back, they'll finally give you another broken dryer. Water leaking into your apartment? Emergency? Hah. You might hear back tomorrow if you are lucky. Surprise construction outside your window every day for a week - and want to know when it will end? TOO BAD!! Call them, press any option - most play dreadful music and then hang up on you. THIS IS JUST A GLIMPSE. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION - IT IS UNDERSTATED IF ANYTHING!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Generally, this apartment is okay. We lived here for two years. Its close to the Penn engineering and they can usually fix the reported problems within two days. The price is not high compared to nearby facilities. However, there are a few things that disappointed us after lb change the manager. Ill name a few. 1. My roommate left his student card at the front desk and borrowed the cart. When we returned the cart, they lost the card and the staff just refused to solve the problem by insisting saying they gave the card to some people! Apparently, they gave it to the wrong people and didnt take the responsibility. 2. The gym and some facilities are not cleaned that often. All the free cookies and coffee are not available. Anyway, although the hardwares in lb are fine, the staff there arent satisfying. I hope you can work on this in the future.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. However, two issues make the move-in experience not as pleasant: 1. Facilities. When I moved in, the screen window and curtains are broken in the living room, and both 2 sinks are heavily clogged. It would be better if the team can check those fundamental issues before anyone moves in. 2. The is no ceiling lights allowed in any room. This makes the in-room lighting generally inferior.

I love living at The Left Bank. The building is quiet and maintenance is prompt. I have been living here for over a year and am very pleased with my experience.
