I toured more than 10 different apartment buildings in Center City before deciding to lease at The Granary. In terms of value for what you get, The Granary far exceeded that of any other nearby properties. The location can't be beat- the restaurants and retail locations on the ground floor are extremely convenient and you are a short walk to anywhere you would want to go. The apartment itself has a very functional layout and is equipped with modern conveniences. Additionally, the friendliness and attentiveness of the on-site staff is unmatched.

Amazing building with friendly and helpful staff. Has all amenities needed to make living there very comfortable. Have been here for two weeks and so far the experience has been great. Painless leasing process! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to this area.
