Expect rent increases every year, mouse in apartments , Old elevators, and property manager is so hungry for money from car parking . You can't even have your friend visit you for one hour during the daytime without their vehicle being towed.......But the maintenance guy are always on time when you put in a request......Its a fair place to live, just fair.....

Overall, I highly reconmmend Gateway Towers as a great living experience. I have been a resident for several years & looking foward to being here several more years. The staff is always friendly and professional; from the leasing agent to the maintiance crew. Keep up the good work; you are appreciated .

I am a current (5years) soon to be former resident the best part is the accessibility to the airport,major highways,andWalt Whitman.Bad parts is lack of sufficient parking,outrageous rent hikes,crazy traffic,overloaded dumpsters,insufficient washers/dryers,Raggedy elevators,lobby doors that stick

I highly recommend gateway towers to friends & family big time....its beautiful, you feel safe has all your enjoyment (pool etc.) also partys!!!! Great area to live it......they also have transportation... Also the staff including the guards are very, very nice & respectful.... If anyone needs an apartment or condo this is the place to be....I love it very happy here!!!
