The mailing situation is ridiculous, the rooms are just too tiny and awful looking for 825$ a month (I just got a better single apartment 4 times the size of this one for 800$) Yes the location is great and the security staff is mostly all super friendly but thats about it. The elevators always break down and barely get fixed so hopefully you won't be on the upper levels (you don't get a choice in that even though when I leases I signed a lease for a second level apartment). The walls are paper thin, you'll hear everything (I mean it, everything). We were told they were under new management (they have awful reviews) but honestly I'm not seeing how they are improving the place. It just feels like a dungeon of sorts, look somewhere else.

The Edge should clean house both literally and figuratively. After dealing with the miserable staff, I lived in a cockroach infested, overpriced prison cell for a year. I was overcharged for rent on numerous occasions and when confronted, the dimwitted staff acted as if I were the one at fault. The only friendly people were the security guards whom The Edge hired and fired on a weekly basis. Consider living anywhere else but here.

When I first moved in it was rather disgusting, we needed to vacuum immediately and there were questionable stains all over the floors. The lighting in the main kitchen area is horrific. Besides that, the management seems hard to get ahold of considering emails were sent and never replied to. The electricity should be by unit, not for the whole building then split up by square footage, it is unfair. Front desk people are nice though.
