If I could leave 0 stars for this place I would. My room was recently flooded and the administration has given me NO information about my room and my possessions. I have many personal items that were left in the room and I have asked multiple times what things were damaged and if I will get compensation and they have given me wishy washy answers which is so unprofessional since I pay to live there. They also left my door WIDE open while I am not there so anyone can enter my room, which i find insane. Besides this issue, the edge is incredibly dirty, the walls are so thin you can hear every word your neighbor says. It smells AWFUL 24/7. The "amazing' gym they advertised on the website is an absolute joke, its filled with old, rusty equipment that you cant even use. The lighting in the rooms are awful, my bathroom light flickers profusely every time I turn it on. You would think that they would invest in the living conditions of the residents instead of spending so much money on the lobby renovations(which is the only nice thing about this building) Do not lease in the edge unless you like being miserable.
You cannot get the deposit back after leaving unless you move to the near place so that you can visit
Its been a year that they still dont give it back and they dont answer now as i emailed them
I want the other students not to get the same experience
nice view I like it!
The mailing situation is ridiculous, the rooms are just too tiny and awful looking for 825$ a month (I just got a better single apartment 4 times the size of this one for 800$) Yes the location is great and the security staff is mostly all super friendly but thats about it. The elevators always break down and barely get fixed so hopefully you won't be on the upper levels (you don't get a choice in that even though when I leases I signed a lease for a second level apartment). The walls are paper thin, you'll hear everything (I mean it, everything). We were told they were under new management (they have awful reviews) but honestly I'm not seeing how they are improving the place. It just feels like a dungeon of sorts, look somewhere else.
always lost my packages? staffs attitude are bad
