I want to move back. I love this place. I had to move for work and miss it now. Carla at he front desk got my back yall. Its like family here. I coming back as soon as I can. The pool is off the hook like Vegas. The gym is for real saved lots of move dont need to pay for a gym.

The amenities are awesome and I really liked the apartments. Love that the building is dog friendly and they have a new dog park going in. Pretty much the best gym Ive ever seen in an apartment building.

Avoid this place like the plague. There are cockroaches living in the walls and the management is slow and inept to do anything about it. I called almost weekly about getting pest control, including explaining to them that roaches can cause serious health consequences such as asthma, and nobody ever did anything about it. Extremely unreliable people like Karimah working here, who make promises to you and are nice to your face and then brush you off or just ignore you when it is convenient for them. I lived at this building for two years, and could not be happier about moving out and never dealing with Gold Oller again.

I can't stand this place. While I lived there the management would constantly lie about work orders. The new owners even threw a big "grand opening" party with champagne. More than 3/4 of the attendance were corporate ppl that didn't even live here - this place is fake from the top down

Not a resident, but could of potentially been one - except I left 3 phone messages, & emailed once or twice this week asking to make an appointment to look at an apt...no return call; no email back...not a good sign
