I lived here from from Oct 2016-2017. This apartment complex is absolutely amazing in every way. Everyone that works here is extremely kind and always happy to help with whatever you need. The Amenities and the grounds are the best, especially the pool and jacuzzi. I made a huge mistake moving out of here into Alden Park which by the way is a nightmare!!! Stay away. My lease is up in 3 months and I'm looking to move back into these beautiful apartments. I can't wait! These are a little pricy however I never had a problem the entire time living here and trust me after my experience at Alden I wish I would have paid the extra $$ to stay in Ritt Hill. Can you really put a price on happiness? Definitely rent here, you will love it!

We spent one year in a 2BR/2BA unit at Rittenhouse Hill. We paid our rent on time and in full, and paid parking fees, pet deposit, and pet rent for our cat all without complaint. The apartment was great. Maintenance, cleaning, and front desk staff were all lovely - hardworking, professional, and so friendly. The "BUT:" Upon move-in, we completed RH's pre- move in inspection, taking photos of existing damages and noting them on the checklist (obvious things - peeled paint, scratches and scuffs in the floor and on appliances). I've lived in six apartments in four different states, and had no issue receiving my security deposit back... if I'd known the level of detail that RH was going to use when doing the final inspection, I would have photographed every speck of dust that I found that first week. Upon move-out, we were given a final inspection checklist, which we used for reference as we cleaned. There were a few marks on the wall we couldn't get rid of, which we knew we would get dinged for. But upon receiving our final bill, we saw that $600 had been deducted from our deposit, primarily for cleaning expectations not spelled out in the final inspection checklist. $100 of these were for the floor, although there was no actual damage to the floors and most of the scuffs had been present at move-in; even after providing photographic proof, the management team refused to refund any of the floor cleaning charges. This is one example. BOTTOM LINE: If you are going to need that full security deposit back, consider if this is the right place for you. if you're going to live here, complete that move-in inspection checklist THOROUGHLY (with photos!), clean the apartment to "move-in ready" status (or get a professional cleaner to do it), and make sure you are present at the final inspection to dispute any charges (WITH photos from pre-move in inspection). And know that you may still get charged - in which case, I hope you take Post Brothers to small claims court and win.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I moved in to you building in August, and have had nothing but issues and health concerns due to all of the indoor smoking in the surrounding apartments. I have asthma and chronic health conditions, and this made it an unsafe place for me to live. I was told, simply can't be resolved. Fortunately for me I had to relocate for work, but unfortunately I have had to communicate with your employees to figure out a sublease, a process that has dragged on for months, because they are unable to communicate. I have to wait days to get a response, have lost more than one subleaser in the process, and there are all of these hidden fees and expenses. It is absurd and unprofessional. For the over priced spaces and outrageous fees, let alone lack of concern for residents, and employees that cannot fulfill their jobs, I would never recommend any of you buildings to anyone. I feel scammed, regret ever stepping foot in one of your properties. I would not recommend living here to anyone. You can find much more affordable and comfortable spaces locally.

I have been living at RH for about 4 years and at this time, I am please with management. The location is convenient. I had minimal issues at this time. I would recommend living at Rittenhouse Hill. When you call or make an apartment be sure to ask for Anita Carter. She is the best. She is very professional and very kind. She has great social skills and she is great to engage and work with. She is very positive and outgoing. Overall RH has been a good place to leave. I have no complaints.

Love it here! Management is always super helpful and responsive. Despite having issues occasionally with hot water, maintenance has always been responsive right away
