Regency Park

I have been there for about 3 years and find that the office and maintenance staff are fine. I don't think the issue is with the management. I have seen people throwing trash out of their cars and walk into the building. They are renovating and I think it will look nice based on how much work is being done. The pool has a membership but I liked when they had the other lifeguards. They did a much better job than the one last year. I like my apartment, it has a HUGE closet which I love. I do hear other residents sometimes, but it does not bother me. Nobody gets too loud where it disrupts what I am doing

Another apartment complex that doesnt even answer the phone. Im trying to find a nice place to live, and they dont even answer the phone. Terrible already.

Glad to be living in this community. The office staff and maintenance guys are really nice and try to accommodate me however they can. Haven't had any problems yet and like the neighborhood. Would highly recommend

Called and spoke with someone who told me someone else would call me back I think the person who was supposed to call me was Jacqueline? That was a Tuesday. Never called me. I called again that Friday and no one answered so I left a message and then still never heard back. This was weeks ago.
