Moved in a few months ago for my upgraded unit which is pretty spacious. I also moved to Pelham Court because of the proximity to various bars and restaurants as well as the brand new library that was just opened up nearby. The new Courtyard has been pretty neat to have to study near the garden and fountain which I must say is pretty relaxing. Management has been pretty attentive and enthusiastic about welcoming me and rather prompt in addressing my questions. Overall I am extremely pleased with my new home.

The suites are nice and spacious, the staff is unbelievable! We have finally found a place where we have only good experiences so far! Thank you to the management company for all that they do

We love our home at Pelham court apartments the maintenance people are quick and friendly, the office staff is always available to help and the upgrades are gorgeous! We definitely recommend this place for people who are looking for a beautiful quiet home

This is a really pleasant apartment complex to live in. Love the neighborhood and the apartment I moved into was newly renovated and modern. The staff is pleasanf and friendly to deal with. Im really comfortable here, highly recommend!

I have lived here for a few months and it has been a pleasant experience overall. Management is extremely professional and helps to resolve issues quickly. Additionally, the members of the maintenance staff are knowledgeable, trustworthy and extremely helpful. The size and value for a 1 bedroom is very reasonable. I have always felt safe and secure in my complex. For me, it's convenient to take the train to work as well as the access to local entertainment. Overall a nice place to live.
