Be very careful before renting here. The HVAC system was filthy and had never been cleaned. The shower did not work. The appliances were dented up and the flooring and walls were disgusting. You can hear everything above and on either side of your apartment. If you have an emergency issue, expect at least a week to go by before any one addresses it, but don't expect it to get resolved. Don't bother trying to reach any one by phone because they deliberately, rarely, if ever, answer. And if they promise to meet you at your apartment at a specific time and date multiple times? Don't hold your breath. They will NEVER show. BUT, you will pay top dollar for all of the above. PLEASE. Don't make the mistake that I did. There are plenty of reputable apartments in the area.

We just moved my sister into the mansion at bala wow what a beautiful place to live I love the high ceilings the beautiful light grey floors and the huge closet space
