I lived here for two years while attending graduate school up the road. I enjoyed the convenience to the train station, school, and the mini mart, however there is not much else within walking distance of the unit. I had a one bedroom apartment which was plenty spacious for one or two people, plus a cat, and the rent was a great value compared to other apartments. Any issues I had maintenance quickly took care of which was always nice. The only bill is electric, and no fees for one cat which I appreciated. The one thing I disliked was the laundry room. There are only a few washers and dryers which were fairly expensive and my clothes were never dry after one cycle. I began doing my laundry at the bakers center a few minutes away as it was much cheaper and faster. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend these apartments to local students and first time renters.

Excellent management; very prompt in handling concerns/issues
I love my apartment!! Also the new hallway and stair carpets look great.
I gave Kings Manor a good rating because the size is spacious enough for college dorms and also first time renters. Maintenance are always on the job, ask them for a tool and it magically appears. They get the job done. The reason I could not deliver an excellent rating was because of the cost of clean clothes. The laundry room price is very high and it makes no sense to overpay for laundry and have to lug it up the stairs every week. Kings Manor is a great step in the right direction.
The maintenance staff is very helpful. The laundry facility has a bad odor and is very pricey. Other than the bad odor in the basement it's a nice place to live. Neighbors are very nice.
