Henry On The Park Apartments

This is the worst property I have ever lived at. Do not move here. Lets get right down to the pros and cons Pro: large space for reasonable price Cons: - Elevators are always dirty - Hallways always smell like trash - The way they take trash here is terrible - Maintenance team is lazy - Management is terrible. They dont ever answer the phone and ignore emails - The shower was so dirty when we moved in that after every shower the shower floor would fill up with black gunk - Our shower door was broke for over a month - Our sink was broke for a month - We havent had air in our apartment for almost a month now and they closed out the work order without actually fixing our air. We threatened legal action and they still havent fixed our it. Its August so its 85 degrees in here and we cannot sleep here - The hvac system was so dusty when we moved in that I couldnt even sleep with the air on - The stairways are dirty and always smell like pee - They have bugs. -The community is very loud

The building frontals are DIRTY, good luck trying to get anything fixed. Wish the pics could be attached displaying the overflowed sink (been stopped up for a week) overflowed dishwasher (been overflowed a week also) dirty dishes all over the kitchen that cannot be washed because the kitchen is inoperable. I hav put in several maintenance requests, personally went to the office several times, no need to call no one answers the phone.. Im EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED!!!! Currently researching to see who Corporately owns this Property.. this service and lack of care to the Building Grounds is UNACCEPTABLE! Especially for the price

Horrid place. New Henry on the Park LLC management is horrible, trash all over the community, dog poop stations overflowing and flies everywhere, no service techs to maintenance. Just nasty! Let not talk about the rodent and roach infestations. They try to put lipstick on a pig but it's even worse. Save your money, time, and grief!

This place is infested with mice. The mice are not just confined to the kitchen and dining areas. They are all in the walls and bedrooms. If you get out of bed at night, dont be surprised if you see one scurry from under your bed. One ran across my bare foot in my kitchen.
