Greene Manor

Since AJH Management took over, this place has gone downhill. Instead of hiding out in the office, take a walk around this dilapidated property. They pocket your money and have done nothing to fix issues or make simple improvements. Its all about them and what will make them money or kickbacks. The lack of work that had been done before move in is dirty, rigged and shotty workmanship to say the least. Maintenance requests go unanswered most of the time; Invest in a bottle of Drano as sinks and tubs clog up often. Paula and the office are quick to gas light you and never believe there is an issue with anything. Things are left broken or a band aid is placed on issues to only fall apart again. Not even a coat of paint and these walls surely do need it and more so the carpets. Trash is all over the parking lots. Roaches and other critters are seen throughout. Licensing and Inspection are often here. Electronic keys will most likely open other apartments. Apartments are in the 90s for temperature with fans on a/cs going and windows open even when its in the teens, no heat control or ventilation. Sometimes, no hot water. This building is noisy. When it rains, it rains inside your apartment as AJH is to cheap even to do brick pointing. Mold and mildew have taken presence with plaster falling off the walls and ceiling. The parking lots are falling apart. The cops, U.S Marshall are here often. Doors are left open. People hangout and sleep in the stairwell, electrical rooms or wander in the building. Apartments have been broken into, packages stolen, garbage is strewn throughout the stairwells and hallways. People dont pick up after their pets; They try to get applicants with their specials because no one wants to live here and some of the people they lure in are undesirable to say the least. Fitness center and laundry room are never cleaned along with furniture or machines that are broke. Kids run wild around the building and halls I could keep going.

Such a great place to live!!!! ! I love my apartment!!!!! Its super spacious, up to date, stainless steel appliances with a gas stove! Super cute! Convenient location! Parking! I mean what else could you ask for! Its coming on a year now and I couldnt be more happy with maintenance, management and the friendly staff at Greene Manor. Ive only came across a few issues within my apartment in regards to maintenance since Ive moved in. And I must say, all issues were handled in a timely and professional matter. I look forward to many years at Greene manor Apartments Im really happy here! Thank you!

The apartment itself is nice overall but the management is not professional at all. If anything breaks like an oven or dishwasher you will wait until a month or two until it's fixed. Now AJH has a new trash rules so in fine printing if you receive a first violation you will be fine $25 on top of if you leave the trash can in the hallway (which make sense) what does not make sense if you just started this new rule why not the first warning just be a reminder not a charge but its understandable to charge the $25 for the the trash staying in the hallway so it wont attract bug and mice but not a charge for the 1st warning.
