    Living at Dalian on the Park is very pleasant. The apartments are beautiful with upgraded amenities, grounds and building well maintained, Neighborhood best in Philly, close to shopping, restaurants, and cultural activities, but best of all is the Dalian Staff who are extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

    Living in the Dalian on the Park is like living in a luxury hotel. The management and maintenance team are first class.

    Simply put, living at the Dalian is exactly what it should be. The building is always in great condition, the maintenance staff takes care of requests in a timely manner, the amenities and overall appearance is always very clean, and the apartments themselves are high end. Our experience at the Dalian is by far the best we have had at any of the apartment buildings we have lived in. The location is phenomenal and safe, with lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. It is easy to jump on the 76, and also close to downtown. This building is highly recommended for a multitude of reasons!
