    Unprofessional leasing agent on the phone. After I didn't respond to original emails. I was called multiple times and the leasing agent attempted to make me feel as if I had inconvenienced them by not immediately responding. The agent also generalized how all leasing agents prefer to process applications - which was largely incorrect. I would steer clear from this particular agency.

    Place is outdated and rooms are too smalll for the price. Not enough closet space for a two bedroom apartment. No washer and dryer in the apartment.
