The keys always get stuck in the front door of the apartment building and it takes a while to get them out or to unlock the door.
Was promised to have shutter outside that is not attached at top and is hanging crooked when I first moved in almost 4 years ago, and it is still not fixed.
Comcast getting too expensive, should have an alternate service we can use.
Parking is an issue. I dont know how you would fix, but it needs to e better.
