MICE!! RUN!! RENT INCREASE DRASTIC!!!! There is a mice infestation that they don't want to own. They send out people and place glue adhesive. That is their way of fixing the problem. You have to insist that they find entrance holes. Theyre pricey. They'll get you in on a move in deal but trust me your rent will increase by at lease 40%. The halls are dirty, the maintenance do respond quickly the pool is nice. However eveyrhting is ala carte. Your paying water bills for other tennants. You share 1 water tank. So if someone is paying for the common laundry or doing laundry in their apartment YOU PAY for that. So if a fmaily of 5 is using it and your only 1 person, you pay for that. The quarter machines, run on your water tank, you PAY for that. Dont believe in this "allege" contraption that monitors water leaks. It doesnt exist. IF someone has a water leak, YOU PAY for that as well. If someone accidently left their water running you PAY for that. They divide it by 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom and that's the amount you pay. I pay less now in a 1600 sq ft home than i did in this apartment complex. The office is no help. Rent's raised nothing can be done. Mice infestation is the worst! Dont live here.
It's a basic apartment in a great location. Mice is my complaint. I am extraordinarily clean and work in healthcare so sanitary is very important to me. Also the rent goes up drastically! Last year by $55.00 and this year $75.00. I've never been late, I have no upgrades, old appliances. My stove is from 1980 according to PGW. Fridge is old. So I'm paying $75.00 for what I may ask? Other than the occasional mice, noise across the street from the steel factory, it's satisfactory.

Railing on front step to help when there is ice. Better landscaping-- every winter the ground turns to mud which means the carpet in my apartment also turns to black/brown. Bring back the incentive program and/or make upgrades to apartments for current residents. Rent goes up each year but nothing changes in the complex to match that.
For me, parking is really the only issue. I have a two year old and a lot of times when i come home i have to carry him in if he has fallen asleep and groceries if ive gone to the store. I'll have to park sometimes all the way down by the leasing office and i live in building "B"
