This morning I woke up and there was no HOT WATER!!!! This is the weekend before Xmas u get up and then you find out there is NO HOT WATER!! Thanksgiving we had NO HEAT!!! I reported it to Anna and all she could say is "i'm Not Maintenence". I saw a Maintenence guy who finally told me and the rest of the assembled residents by this time, that the boiler is broken and that it will happen again...well great!!!!! Don't move here, there is not enough parking for tenants, they will tow you. The garage is available for 40.00 dollars but the lights are out making it a unsafe environment, Maintenence has been notified about the lights out in garage sense THANKSGIVING!!!!! Also if you decide to move here ask to see the elevator that you'll Be using It's also the elevator for trash and garbage and it is so small you won't even be able to get your sofa in it. There has been 3 property managers and 2 management companies!!! Do your homework . Before getting sucked in by the lobby and pools!!!
Thanksgiving was spent with a cold apartment because we had NO HEAT!!! Called Maintenence they came up did nothing and we were left with an apartment that blew cool air on and the entire weekend! New management, will happily throw a pizza party , paint a wall in the lobby but then the apartments and issues are not being addressed !! No electric 3x in 8 days! Light in elevator that tells what floor you are on Manor bldg A, out for months, not enough parking for residents , parking garage lights are out !! I would not recommend this place!!
Unless you want to waste your money do not move here. Its loud, dirty, the management is horrible, takes 3 weeks or more to get a maintenance to TRY and repair something. The AC for a whole 8 floor wing has been out for 6 weeks with no end in sight of being fixed! They shut the pool down again for the 2nd time in a month because a certain element keeps urinating in it and try relaxing with screaming and yelling people with their kids. No security, no front desk and even the local cops know its a problematic area with horrible management. Call them the local precinct they will tell you.
Your Apartment is looking very lovely
Great place to live at I like it
Disappointment house is beautiful but the studio and one bedroom's or too small for my son.
