My husband & I moved in Feb. 2024. The apartment had just been totally remodeled. It is beautiful! We never have any problem getting a parking space right at building 1300. The manager and owners are very consistent about following rules. They send out an email when a problem arises so all renters know what is going on, i. e. dog loose, smoking anywhere in residents buildings, disturbing other renters, etc. Management is easy going & pleasant but make sure ALL renters are keeping rules, especially those that deal with safety issues and manners of all toward one another. The grounds are beautiful & well kept. Plenty of play grounds and places to walk. It is quiet back here away from RTs. 22/30 and Old Steubenville Pike. Many restaurants & entertainment venues ten minutes away in Robinson and the town of Oakdale. The renters in our building are very friendly and quiet. It is a very nice place to live!

Do not rent here. I have been here and never had problem. New owner and now being forced out. Stating renovating all 1 bed rooms and can not renew at end of lease in Aug. They told me today. Also made comment I have to leave 60 day notice. There the ones pushing me out. I have put up with spider ants cracked walls in the End to be told move (yes I kept pictures) they by the way just rented a 1 bed room not updated this month. Garbage piles up . I'm senior I believe they are prejudice. Trust me waste of time and money. They can kick you out end of year lease not caring if you have any where else when your out
