What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About North York

It is surrounded by other neighborhoods so a lot of people right around you. Lots of nice people living in the neighborhood.

My neighborhood is unfortunately pretty far out and away from many store but the ones that are closest are fairly good. There is a lot of outside space for children and family to play and enjoy one another

It is clean. It is quiet. Neighbors look after each other. We are very close to malls, grocery stores, hospitals, estaurants and main highways as well as entertainmentg because the fair venue is also close by,

Very diverse, there are all ages and backgrounds. Everyone is friendly. Everyone watches out for each other.

The comfort of letting my Children play outside without being watched every second. I also like the wide streets and sidewalks so there is room for them to avoid traffic.

My neighborhood is quiet and the streets are not busy. Our neighbors are very friendly. And we have neighborhood events.
