We toured an apartment because they refused to show us the ones we were actually interested in, we assumed this was due to Covid. We were told the apartment we were interested in is exactly like this one with the washer and dryer in a different location. So we applied, $400 later it is a completely different apartment with carpet flooring even though their websites advertises plank flooring and when touring we were told it had hardwood floors. We need hardwood floors due to pets. Spoke with Jane, who very disrespectfully treated me as if Im stupid, who refused to provide a refund even considering the situation of us being lied to and misled about the amenities of the apartment. Fair warning to everyone interested in living here, their websites info is wrong, if you try to call in nobody answers, if you email with someone they will give you wrong info, just make sure you see the exact apartment youre moving into before you do. Its funny because I have seen other reviews from people describing similar situations. Please be weary and save your money, there is better for less.

We have lived at this complex for 8 years now. Isit has tchange from the Regatta to Montgomery Mills to the point atI Plymouth Meeting. We are very happy with our apartment it is spacious and bright. Ours is not even upgraded but it is still lovely. The community is quiet and very nice. The staff and maintenance are all friendly and courteous Hopefully with New Management hiring new landscapers it'll look even nicer this summer because it had een going downhill. My Hope Is that the carpets inside the buildings will be replaced at some point,.they are at least 16 years old and have never been cleaned a. The exterior of the buildings need some TLC for sure Butt, the management is still relatively new so I want to give them a chance. So far staff has been courteous and friendly. At times I have to call a few times to get through to the office and usually wind up going there so that could use a little Improvement. The pool and the pool area are lovely and the clubhouse is beautiful. I think anyone would be happy here. I am not a pet owner and I understand there are problems with residents cleaning up after their pets but that is not Management's fault it is that of the resident. They are working on improving the lighting so the grounds should become a little more bright at night. We plan on staying here unless the rent goes up too much more. I hope that we can look forward to many positive changes in the upcoming months.

Great central location . It's like living in the country and city . Beautiful surroundings.

It's easy to live at Montgomery Mills. I love always knowing that I can come home and relax.
