What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Newtown

It's a cute town in PA with really good restaurants. It's a good school system. You aren't far from Philly and nyc

I like the restaurant and shopping convenience. I like the homes and how they are relatively new. I like how the homes are different and have unique features. Some have pools which add value to the neighborhood.

I think my neighborhood is historical, which makes for town celebrations and festivities. This town is also very close to a city, while also being close to a rural area, which makes it the perfect in-between setting. Some of my favorite restaurants are located a few blocks away, which my friends and I frequent fairly often.

It is a close knit environment where people look out for each other. Local businesses owned by local people
