What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About New Brighton

I like that there's a yoga studio and coffee shop. I like that it's still pretty green, even as things are being built out.

very friendly neighbors. close to stores. quiet and small neighborhood and a very nice but small park

Love being able to walk to restaurants bars and coffee shops. Walkable to downtown and parks. Close to highways , close to public transit. Not a far distance from airport.

Close to downtown and businesses. New development with nice neighbors and good HOA. New businesses added and easily accessible mom and pop stores.

There are a lot of kids and everything is in walking distance ex: library, grocery store, convenient store, park, and bus

Like that it?s close to other neighborhoods with good restaurants, shopping. Neighborhood needs more attractions to keep people in the area.
