The Crest At Elm Tree

I enjoyed knowing and seeing the apartment to be better acquainted with the apartments and property. All questions were answered thoroughly.

THE place to live in Lancaster County. Five minutes to Route 283; minutes to Lancaster, the PA Turnpike, and downtown Harrisburg. BEAUTIFUL apartments supported by a TERRIFIC staff. Safe, secure, convenient, clean... my only regret is I did not move here 10 years earlier.

I have lived at The Crest At Elm Tree for almost 10 years. It is my home. I have enjoyed the many amenities that are offered to the residents. It is through going to Crest generated activities, that I have met many of the other residents. Several of those I met have become friends so that I feel as though I am in a friendly neighborhood. The staff personal have changed in the past 10 years, but they have all been pleasant and willing to help out in many ways. When I have traveled, they collected my mail and tended plants. Whenever I have an apartment problem, they do their best to address the problem. The maintenance staff have been excellent. They have always quickly responded to my request and took care of the problem. The Crest tries its best to hire companies to keep the landscape looking very inviting. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living here, and hope to continue for many years.

We loved our apartment. It is one of the only places we could find that had our garage attached to our apartment. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a 2 car garage. The pool is beautiful, the tenants are nice and the staff is great! You are conveniently located to the park, Giant, nice restaurants in Mount Joy. You are in between Lancaster and Harrisburg. We really miss the conveniences that were so close by. We only moved due to a change in work or we would still be there. If you are looking for a nice place to live with, with no mowing, shoveling snow a garage and a pool this is it! FYI. Prior to us renting here we had seen reviews about not getting your deposit back when you move out. I can personally tell you that is not true. Don't leave it a mess when you leave. Leave it like you found it and you will have no issues.

I have lived at The Crest At Elm Tree for two years. The grounds at The Crest are beautiful and impeccable and include a lovely pool. My apartment is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. The floor plan is very roomy, quite comfortable, plenty of closet space and great kitchen space. There is a balcony outside our kitchen which provides a very nice place to sit and relax. The office staff is very friendly and always readily available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Their resident services are top notch. They host a summer picnic every year and an annual holiday party, among many other fun events. I can't say enough good things about the maintenance department. They have promptly addressed any needs I have had and always do so with a very courteous demeanor. Overall, The Crest At Elm Tree is a wonderful place to live, and I feel very happy and blessed to be living here.

Moved here in 2015 from NJ. I enjoy living here for many reasons. Office staff and maintenance team are friendly, professional, and efficient . Business center, pool, and exercise room add value to living here. Apartments are spacious and comfortable; there are several models to choose from. Though there is ample parking, I appreciate assigned parking space. Neighbors are friendly. Definitely a nice place to call home!
