I reside in Castle Club for seven years, and when I moved into my apartment it was nice and some what comfortable, management was much more caring about the tenants. After about three years the complex was sold to another company and management was also changed. This was when all problems started to occur, tenants who moved in where not so clean garbage would be left in the hallways or thrown all around the dumpter, children ran threw the halls all through the night, and tenants were issued parking stickers which didn't matter because my car was towed away even when the sticker was in the window, but the most disturbing thing where you may not want to move there, the women who handles management is very nasty and unprofessional she needs a lesson on how to approach people. Lastly maintenance is horrible and does not come when they are needed I had mice in my apartment and I was not the only tenant who had them, that was when I decided that I had to move out.

Poor communication with the office people they seam to forget messages, mail, and follow ups. They Don't let you know when package arrive. Don't fix things in a timely matter. the hallways smells like cigar / cigarette and weed smoke. You can here your neighbors walking over top like they are coming through the ceiling. The price went up and property value went down.

When I moved here 2 years ago I thought it would be a great living experience for me and my husband. However, things just seem to get worst and worst. First off, there is a ridiculous water bill that the apartments bill each of their tenants. This bill comes to them as one bill and then they divide it amongst the tenants and bill us on a monthly basis. This doesn't seem to be right or fair because there are tenants who do not use that much water. When we first moved here the water bill used to be between the $40-$50 range for our 1 bedroom apartment. It has since almost doubled to what is now between $83-$100 per month for a 1 bedroom apartment. They have a pool and a gym that aren't free to the tenants either. The pool and the gym can only be used during the office hours of 9am-5pm. when most of the residents are out at work all day. They clean and fill the pool every summer but we residents would like to know who's footing that water bill because as stingy and un-giving as they are, we sense that our money is going into that pool water bill that we have to pay for in order to use. Another issue is the recent parking enforcement that was put into place this pass January. The property manager Debbie, had it set up to have a towing coming to tow people's cars at all times of the day and night, all while the residents and their visitors weren't even aware of what was going on before she decided to post notices on the building doors to warn people. Since we have been here, we have never seen or had any issues with the parking because there is ample enough space to park and the parking lot is never full. The manager, Debbie, sent out notices that requires the family and friends of the tenants to part over by the office in the complex. This doesn't seem fair to a lot of people as people have family and friends who may not be able to walk far distances and it is a security issue as there are animals that walk around on the property.

Worse place in morrisville if i start writing down all the negative thing about this place ill end up writing a book
